One: real machines. We walk the floor and count machines that are actually producing, not just parked for show. Two: real inventory. Raw materials and finished goods tell us what they can actually deliver.
Three: real certifications. We check the certificates match the factory address and legal entity. Four: real quality process — is there an inspection bench, a rejected-goods area, a test record?
Five: real people. Staff who can answer technical questions on the spot. And the thing that ends a visit early? A factory that refuses to show its production records. We thank them and leave.
