Privacy and contact data

We collect the information you submit through an inquiry form, email or business messaging channel, together with basic campaign attribution when available.

With your consent, we use session storage to count anonymous page visits and interactions and to attribute campaign links. Analytics does not store IP addresses or the contact details submitted in inquiry forms. You can reject optional analytics in the privacy prompt; the site remains usable.

We do not use private contact details guessed from personal profiles. Automated outreach uses public business contact information, suppression lists and frequency limits.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your contact data, or unsubscribe from outreach, by emailing ruichengroup@gmail.com.

Commercial terms, prices, delivery dates and certifications are confirmed by a human sales representative before a quotation is issued.
